Choosing your Chocolate

When choosing dessert for February 14th, keep in mind that chocolate can be a great source of anti-oxidants which can keep your heart healthy and prevent aging.

Try sticking to the following guidelines: balance your calories, skip the nougets and go for dark chocolate. As tempting as a glass of milk is with your chocolatey dessert, avoid consuming them together as milk can prevent the anti-oxidants from being absorbed.
